About Mainsoft
Founded in 1993, Mainsoft is an advanced IBM business partner and member of Microsoft’s Interop Vendor Alliance (IVA). We’ve been in the interoperability space for the past 15 years, delivering cross-platform products, first between Windows and UNIX and then between Windows and Linux.
Since 2003, we've invested $15 million into building interoperability software that allows .NET applications to run locally on Java EE platforms, such as Lotus Notes, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal, Lotus Expeditor, and Tomcat. With the explosive growth of SharePoint, IBM customers asked us to extend our expertise in Microsoft-Java interoperability to include SharePoint.
We launched the SharePoint Integrator for WebSphere Portal in November 2007, when IBM signed on to resell our software directly to customers. Since then, we've expanded our SharePoint integration products to include Mainsoft SharePoint Integrator for Lotus Notes and Lotus Sametime.
