LUG.org Virtual Meeting Notes: Integrate SharePoint with Lotus Notes
During today’s meeting, Mainsoft CEO Yaacov Cohen addressed common use cases for integrating SharePoint and Lotus Notes, including remote document authoring and sharing; complying with regulations and statutes; and saving email storage costs.
Jonas Martinsson, a Mainsoft product manager, previewed Mainsoft SharePoint Integrator for Lotus Notes version 2.0, which introduces support for Lotus Notes 8.5, SharePoint calendar integration, Microsoft SharePoint Online, and business mashups that integrate data and business logic from Lotus Notes, Domino, Java and SharePoint.
The presentation slides are attached.

- 48 percent are currently evaluating SharePoint.
- 37 percent want to integrate Lotus Notes with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS).
